Q. When can I move in?
A. If there is a storage space available that meets your specific storage needs, you can move in anytime.
Q. How much notice needs to be given before I move out?
A. We require a 10 day verbal notice before you move out.
Q. What type of documentation do I need to provide in order to rent a space?
A. We require a government issued ID (example: driver's license, state id, or passport)
Q. Do I need to sign a long-term lease?
A. No, we rent on a month-to-month basis unless the customer requests otherwise.
Q. Does there have to be someone in the office to let me through the security gates?
A. No. At the time of signing you will be given your own security pass code that will allow you access to your unit.
Q. How do I make a payment?
A. You can pay in person, mail a check or money order or make a payment through our website. You may also sign up to have payments automatically deducted from your credit card/savings/checking account monthly.
Q. What forms of payments do you accept?
A. Checks, Money Orders, VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express.
Q. How do I know how much storage space I will need?

Q. Do I need to bring my own lock?
A. You need a lock. I sell high quality Disk Locks. They are $12.050 ea. You may have one already or you may wish to purchase one elsewhere, as well. You are required to have a disk lock.
Q. Are there any items that I am NOT able to store?
A. Liquids, Explosives, Flammable liquids, Toxic materials and Perishables. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding a specific item.
Q. What are the hours of operation?
A. I am at the two locations daily. Simply call…If I am not in the offices, the phones go to my cell phone. I can help you when it is convenient for you! Regular Daytime Hours, Evenings, and Weekends. Once you have signed your contract, you may come and go as you please. Open to you 24/7.
